Chimneys – Flue products
Single wall flue components
Single wall flue components are used for relining of existing chimneys. Flue liners are easily warmed up thus quickly reaching a working temperature. Water and fume tight. They are light weight, all made of INOX.
Insulated flue components
Twin wall components are suitable for construction of new chimneys. They are installed on the outer or inner wall (chimney enclosed by walls). The components are resistant to high temperatures, condensate and weather conditions. Easily fitted.
Aluminate fittings thickness 0.5 mm
Flue liner fittings are used to connect appliances (mainly stoves) with the chimney. They can also be used as an outer wall in case of insulated flue components or for conveying foul air from kitchens and rooms.
Aluminate fittings thickness 2 mm
For fireplaces, bread ovens and other solid fueled fireboxes aluminate fittings are used. They are used to connect the stove to the chimney. The 2 mm thick wall ensures durability of connecting elements. Due to high temperature of flue gases the formation of condensate is insignificantly low.
Aluminate fittings thickness 0.5 mm - coloured
Recommended for connecting only the stove to the chimney, not for the entire chimney.Intended for stoves with a lower temperature of flue gases, for conveying foul air from kitchens and similar rooms.
Air insulation
For conveying flue gases. IZO-AIR system utilizes physical insulation properties of the air which does not circulate, but is enclosed in an interspace between the flue outlet wall and the outer wall. A reduction in size when compared to traditional wool insulation.
Oval components
For relining of old chimneys where round pipes cannot be used due to chimney size. Relining with -OVAL- components is better than traditional relining, i.e. moving the chimney outside of a building.
Coaxial flue components
Coaxial flue components are used with façade gas-fired appliances (stoves and water heaters).
Coaxial components supply air to the appliance, and convey combustion products from it.This system is also known as the
¨TURBO¨system (TURBO chimneys).
Insulated flanged flue components
For the construction of new chimneys up to 6 m in height, independent and self-standing from the point of view of statics. Suitable for seismically unstable soils.Applicable for heating oil powered electric generators and incineration plants.
Fittings for solid fuel stoves
These fittings are used for solid fuel stoves (fireplaces). Their attractive design blends well with any interior.
