PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Project “more competitive LIM-MONT d.o.o.” it was launched because of the need to expand the product range of users, increase the placement on the domestic and foreign markets and because of the need to exit the company to new target markets.

Key activities during the implementation of the project related to the introduction of a new production line and new machines in the production process and the training of employees.

Through the implementation of the project, CNC plasma cutters, lathe, automatic pipe extension line and groove production machine were procured, and training was conducted to work on new machines: 4 employees were trained to work on CNC plasma cutter, 4 employees were trained to work on automatic pipe extension line and 3 employees were trained to work on groove production machine.

GOALS AND EXPECTED RESULTS:

• improve the business development of the company by investing in the expansion of production capacities on production programs: smoke pipes, ventilation and construction metalwork
• strengthen the company’s competitiveness by strengthening its market position in existing markets and entering new markets
• contribute to the development and strengthening of SMEs and the processing sector in the Republic of Croatia

The total value of the project: 8.396.077, 50 HRK
Amount co-financed by the EU: 2.423.888, 55 HRK
Project implementation period: 27.09.2018. – 27.08.2020.
